Role Summary The People & Organization manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the effective implementation of the country P&O strategy as well as P&O processes, programs and policies. The role holder is responsible for partnering with the Country Leadership team to build a high performing, lean and diverse organization, as well as an engaging and agile culture to drive a healthy and productive work environment. Role Profile Develop and implement P&O strategies in line with overall business and P&O strategy. Contribute to the implementation of all relevant P&O projects-initiated by P&O Center of Expertise and provide input based on business unit requirements. Partner with functional leaders on organization effectiveness and planning initiatives such as developing operating models, manpower planning and organizational structures. Ensure effective implementation of talent management processes and frameworks. Ensure regular reviews are conducted on progress of individuals and leaders’ and development plans and targets to ensure efficient and effective talent development. Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers and team members in areas including but not limited to P&O policies and procedures, grievance, performance management and performance reviews and remuneration. Monitor allocated budget to ensure compliance and take corrective measures when necessary. Develop necessary measures towards continuous reduction of the operational cost. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relevant field A minimum of 10 – 15 years of relevant experience within P&O A minimum of 5 years of senior P&O leadership experience, ideally in a Retail industry or similar industry Strategic thinking using employee insights and data to build relevant engagement strategies; translate these strategies into effective campaigns, programs and initiatives. Able to lead the entire range of problem solving work from problem definition to analysis, recommendation and the development of implementation plans. Quality & Hygiene Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities of the Quality & Hygiene Associate Manager Support the analysis of quality and food safety standards and implement continuous improvements. Implement internal quality and hygiene procedures to ensure compliance. Research and maintain a record of all food safety developments and changes in regulations. Implement hygiene and food safety awareness programs in stores to foster a culture of quality. Monitor the storage of fresh food according to established standards and procedures. Monitor and report on food storage compliance with required health and safety standards. Implement training programs for all food and waste handling staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Implement corrective actions based on audit results to address any identified issues. Ensuring HACCP Compliance as Quality & Hygiene Associate Manager The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of HACCP standards, which are essential for maintaining food safety. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations adhere to these standards, safeguarding the health and well-being of our customers. A strong understanding of food science and quality management principles is crucial. Your ability to implement and monitor hygiene and food safety procedures will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products and services. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in quality management within a regulated environment. Excellent knowledge of HACCP standards. Job Title Associate Marketing Manager | MAF LifeStyle | Communication and Marketing Role Summary The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing the Marketing and Communications strategy, integrating the marketing efforts for the assigned brands in order to expand footprint, differentiate Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle and brand reputation, nurture client relationships and create opportunities to drive revenue and growth. Role Profile Responsible for the creation, development and execution of marketing initiatives, through a well-defined annual Marketing calendar, for the assigned brands in line with overall brand Marketing and Communications strategy. Monitor performance of various marketing initiatives with the agility to withdraw, redirect, extend efforts based on impact and customer feedback. Develop regional brand campaigns together with the content team for local implementation. Work with and nurture the relationship with brand principal/s on marketing strategy and plans. Measure and improve return on investment Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing efforts. Ensure all integrated marketing efforts are in compliance with brand standards and Majid Al Futtaim communication strategy. Constantly draw on analytics and data to interpret and understand trends and shifts and report the same to relevant stakeholders for appropriate action. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a Marketing role. Working knowledge in Public Relations, Events, Media, Digital and social media marketing. Fluency in English is a must.
