Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval. Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, including coordinating logistics and taking minutes as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to the company's values. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. Requirements Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
