Job Description
Responsibilities of the Civil Inspector
- Conducting regular on-site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and relevant building codes.
- Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
- Performing tests on construction materials and methods to verify quality and safety standards.
- Preparing detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate records of all inspections and findings.
- Identifying and documenting any violations or deficiencies in construction work.
- Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion.
