The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with project teams to ensure competitive and profitable bids.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on drawings and specificationsPerform accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawingsDevelop and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissionsAnalyze subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricingCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects during the estimation processConduct risk assessments and identify potential cost-saving opportunitiesPrepare and submit comprehensive tender documents and proposalsMaintain historical cost databases and estimation records for future referenceReview and evaluate contract terms and conditionsCoordinate with procurement teams to obtain current material and labor pricingQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying5-10 years of experience in construction estimationStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation softwareExcellent analytical and mathematical skillsStrong communication and negotiation abilitiesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageHealth insurance coverageAnnual paid leaveCareer advancement opportunitiesProfessional training and developmentPerformance-based bonuses
