Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the security team.
  • Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports and shift summaries.
  • Train and mentor security staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational security requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory security role.
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Relevant certifications in security or safety management are preferred.
