About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Director – Security Services to join the resort’s Security team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee operational delivery across gaming security, site security, event security, staff accommodation, and logistics operations. Support the Director with independent decision-making during routine and high-pressure situations. Provide security oversight for Wynn Oasis Staff Accommodation and the Wynn Logistics Centre. Assist in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and operational frameworks. Contribute to strategic planning, including objectives, KPIs, and operational performance standards.
