The resort features seven different gastronomic experiences, sprawling pools and recreational facilities, a spa, a health club, and curated meetings and events spaces for leisure, business travellers, and groups.Your Day-to-DayAssist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory controlSupport the recruitment, training, and supervision of restaurant staff to ensure a high level of serviceCollaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement policies and proceduresMaintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfactionAssist in planning and executing promotional events, marketing initiatives, and loyalty programsHandle administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and financial reportingContribute to menu development and pricing strategies to optimize revenueMonitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies, and optimize stock controlCollaborate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurementSupport the Restaurant Manager in analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvementRequirements and SkillsProven experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industryBachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferredStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding serviceProficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technologyUnderstanding of health and safety regulations in a restaurant settingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situationsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as neededCommitment to upholding brand standards and contributing to the success of the restaurantWhat You Can Expect From UsWe give our people everything they need to succeed.
