Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Green Group's business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and promote continuous employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and internal policies.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and organizational development opportunities.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Experience managing talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Capability to foster a diverse, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS and common HR software applications.
