Drive Business Decisions as a Senior Data Analyst
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance, to understand business needs and deliver high-quality reporting and analytics.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance across various departments. Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand objectives, and provide meaningful data insights. Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
- Data Modeling & ETL Processes: Create and maintain data models to support analytical and operational processes. Develop and optimize ETL processes to ensure data is accessible and up-to-date in BI systems.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements and best practices within BI workflows. Collaborate with the IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights. Generate reports and actionable insights for the leadership team based on findings.
