Responsibilities
- Supports the supply chain function performing subcontracts administration and closeouts.
- Executes and administers various types of Commercial Contracts, Federal Subcontracts and Purchase Orders (POs) through close-out, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures, legal guidelines, FAR/DFARS clauses, and customer requirements.
- Provides Program Management with contractual guidance while exercising sound ethical and professional judgment within a broadly defined best practice and written policy structure.
- Responsible for protecting the legal and financial interest of V2X during all discussions and interactions with customers and suppliers.
- Drafts Request for Proposals, develops source selection criteria, analyzes cost/price data to determine price reasonableness, leads negotiation efforts with subcontractors, and reviews and interprets clauses, formal amendments, agreements and legal documents.
- Supports all internal and external audits, and provides program support to both internal and external customers.
- Operates under the functional guidance of Supply Chain organization and Corporate Purchasing Manual, while coordinating closely with other functional departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs a full range of subcontract activities associated with the administration and/or closeout of subcontracts.
- Qualifies suppliers, issues RFP’s, evaluates proposals, documents cost and/or price analysis, executes subcontracts incorporating clauses, terms and conditions, technical specifications, statements of work and other certification and representations, and maintains compliant subcontract files in accordance with established procedures and FAR guidelines.
- Monitors subcontractor performance to ensure that all contract terms and conditions are met while adhering to cost/schedule and mission requirements.
- Documents subcontractor performance using the V2X Subcontract Past Performance Rating System – SPPRS.
- Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.
- Makes recommendations to management on subcontract issues, and execution of subcontract documents.
- Assists in coordination with other functional areas on matters related to Subcontracting; prepares responses as necessary to customer correspondence and other requests.
- Awards subcontract total value, authorizes funding, reviews and validates subcontractor invoices for payment monitor’s balance.
- Uses specialized knowledge to solve complex and unique problems.
- Develops, writes and administers commercial contracts in support of headquarters’ overhead operations.
- Provides formal training to V2X employees when necessary.
- Provides mentorship and training to more junior staff on subcontracts management and compliance.
- May work with international subcontractors who are not used to working under a US Government prime contract. Acts as a mentor and coaches the subcontractors through the process.
- Performs other duties assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years' experience administering contracts/subcontracts, purchasing or contract administration using a variety of contract types in CONUS/OCONUS in support of US Federal Government prime contracts.

Data Center Storage Engineers support the enterprise storage infrastructure for all sites within the RCC-SWA Area of Responsibility and provide optimization, administration, and technical documentation for the enterprise storage infrastructure. DCSEs resolve enterprise-level change requests and act as the top-level of support escalation for all enterprise storage support issues. Principal technical areas include NetApp, EMC, VMware, Windows DFS, Cisco UCS and other related storage, virtualization, networking, and monitoring technologies. Responsibilities Enterprise-level support for NetApp CIFS, NFS, iSCSI and FC/FCoE storage presented to a wide array of systems including VMware ESXi, Unix, and Linux clients as well as Windows file services and desktop clients. Periodic reports on storage capacity and utilization as well as system uptime and performance. Top-tier support for escalated issues and complex projects. Daily monitoring of all enterprise storage for integrity, reliability, resource utilization and availability. Log review and issue reporting related to monitoring of temperature and overall storage health throughout the SWA AOR. Configure and provision VMware storage requirements. Plan, install, configure, and upgrade the NetApp storage infrastructure. The top-tier of support for storage projects and solutions for backup, disaster recovery, consolidation/de-duplication, data protection, performance, upgrades, and system audit tasks. Documentation for Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for configuring and managing storage, storage networks, and physical disks as well as data protection, access control, resource monitoring and management, storage high availability, fault tolerance and scalable storage infrastructure. Review IAVA report and coordinate with all subordinate elements to remediate accordingly. Provide updated Patch for remediation and Firmware updates based on vendor distribution. Performs other duties and assignments as required Qualifications Requires an active Secret Clearance Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferably in Computer Science or MIS, IS, Engineering or related field. Job Purpose Successfully manage vaccine innovative products across the assigned territory/region by engaging relevant internal and external stakeholders, delivering patient-focused detailing tailored to HCPs, ensuring timely availability of products for patients, supporting product formulary enlistment, and securing expedited access in key accounts. Assist the Sales Head and Field Line Sales Lead in designing and implementing commercial strategies to deliver performance through an end-to-end, solutions-driven approach to account management. Key Responsibilities Deliver commercial strategies in a defined territory and provide appropriate solutions by acting as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals (HCPs). Monitor product performance monthly and recommend actions through development and execution of a robust territory business plan aligned to the commercial sales strategy. Support the FLSL on specific tasks and drive premium implementation of the annual operational plan, including development and rollout of new campaigns based on market needs, ensuring necessary medical and regulatory approvals. Provide market intelligence and initiate the forecasting process in alignment with commercial trade channel and marketing teams to reflect actual market demand. Drive end-to-end patient solutions and tracking to support product supply; coordinate with supply chain and commercial trade channel teams to ensure product availability and manage shelf-life. Work with the market access team to develop and implement access plans for the territory and establish a clear access roadmap with key accounts. Services provided include but are not limited to; serving any alcoholic beverages, customer service, media support, linen exchange, custodial services, fitness front desk support, event planning and executing, basic facility & equipment maintenance, games, and other supporting activities as specified in the Performance Work Statement.
