Job Summary

We are hiring a creative and trend-driven Visual Merchandiser to join the Splash team in Bahrain. The role involves designing and executing innovative visual merchandising strategies that elevate the brand experience, ensure visual consistency, and drive sales growth across Splash stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with the Splash brand identity
  • Create impactful window displays, in-store installations, and seasonal floor sets
  • Ensure consistent application of visual standards and brand guidelines across stores
  • Collaborate with buying, marketing, and store teams for product launches and campaigns
  • Train and mentor store teams on VM guidelines and execution best practices
  • Analyze sales data and customer flow to optimize visual layouts
  • Manage props, mannequins, and visual merchandising materials within budget
  • Coordinate seasonal and promotional campaigns with relevant departments
  • Conduct regular store visits to maintain visual excellence
  • Stay updated on global fashion, retail, and design trends

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising within fashion retail
  • Strong sense of creativity, color, and aesthetics
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and retail best practices
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel between store locations
