It operates through specialist subsidiaries and takes a principal-led, long-term approach to building and managing assets.The RoleReporting to the Managing Partner and working day to day with the IT Manager, the Junior IT Support owns hands-on device support and onboarding/offboarding logistics across the Oryx organization. You prepare and configure laptops, phones, IT accounts, and application access for new joiners — including urgent, on-the-spot cases — and provide day-to-day hardware and software support across Windows, Apple, and Android devices.This is a permanent role created to remove a recurring operational bottleneck: it frees senior IT to stay focused on infrastructure, governance, automation, and AI work. ABOUT USZaleej Real Estate Company (KSCC) is the Kuwait real estate company that manages a diversified portfolio of commercial and residential properties across Kuwait, combining institutional-grade asset management with hands-on operational excellence.ROLE OVERVIEWThe Junior Accountant supports the Finance and Accounts team in maintaining accurate, well-documented accounting records across Zaleej and the wider group. The role handles day-to-day transaction processing, payment and petty cash documentation, and YARDI data entry — all reviewed by the Senior Accountant, providing appropriate control and supervision. Success in the first 12 months: clean and complete accounting files, timely and accurate YARDI entries requiring minimal correction, well-maintained invoice trackers, and reliable day-to-day support to the finance team. The role sits within Finance and Accounts and works closely with property management, projects, and vendors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCheck vendor invoices and process payments in accordance with the Group’s accounting procedures.
