Key Responsibilities of the Account Executive
- Develop business through partner restaurants via in-person & phone calls.
- Maintain long-term relationships through regular calls and emails.

- Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities for increased revenue and market share.

Optimizing Restaurant Partnerships as an Account Executive
Our Account Executive team is dedicated to helping restaurants thrive on our platform. This involves optimizing restaurant content (MOA, delivery time), renegotiating commission rates, selling advertisement opportunities, and generating promotions. The ideal candidate will be adept at convincing clients to embrace digitalization and utilize online payment gateways. The team also helps convince restaurants to go for digitalization (Backlinks, Splash pages, White-label, Facebook button).
Sales and Reporting for the Account Executive Role
Effective communication and record-keeping are vital for the Account Executive. This includes providing regular CRM updates via Salesforce.com, contact reports, activity reports, and participating in Sales and Marketing team conferences. Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities is essential.

Qualifications for the Account Executive Position
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must.

- Communication skills (Written and Verbal).

What's On Your Plate? Ensure parity on deals, promotions, discounts in-store level is implemented in Talabat app across all vendors Collaborate with Account manager and Marketing to make sure campaigns are implemented smoothly in accordance with the marketing calendar Ensure all deals, discounts, promotions are accurately visualized in the app (swimlanes, category icons, banners, etc) Collaborate with FMCG/CPG companies to implement exclusive deals for our partners in Talabat. Maximize off take / daily orders through collaboration with vendors on deals, promotions, bundles, discounts.
