About the Role
As an Account Manager, you are both the client partner and the studio advocate, with a strong focus on social-first work. You will guide clients across the full social communications ecosystem, from always-on content and platform strategy to culturally relevant campaigns and real-time moments. Our Account Managers are natural problem solvers, strategically minded and confident communicators, able to motivate teams, manage complexity, and consistently push for outstanding creative work.
A genuine passion for Formula 1 is essential for this role. You must be an avid F1 fan who understands the sport, the culture, the community and the moments that matter across the season, and can translate that knowledge into engaging, relevant social storytelling.
Role Requirements
- Day-to-day leadership of client relationships as the primary point of contact for social activity.
- Ownership of social-first campaigns and always-on content programmes across key platforms.
- Translating client feedback into clear, actionable outputs such as content calendars, social assets, photography, video and motion.
- Developing strong platform-native ideas that balance brand storytelling with performance impact.
- Producing accurate reporting, performance updates and insights to guide optimisation.
- Understanding client commercial objectives and turning them into innovative social experiences and communications.
- Writing clear, inspiring briefs that fuel creative excellence across social and content teams.
- Managing budgets, scopes and profitability across social programmes and campaigns.
- Staying ahead of social trends, platform changes and cultural moments — particularly within the Formula 1 landscape.
- Project managing all aspects of social delivery, ensuring quality, pace and consistency.

Mobilise Systems to the required functional and safe layouts Set out detailed works as per the contract drawings, ensuring checks are carried out on a regular basis Use detailed knowledge of both Herrenknecht and Iseki tunnel boring machines to ensure machines are correctly assembled and set up on site, as well as disassembled at the end of projects. Carry out relevant inspections of the TBM equipment to ensure it remains at the optimal standard to ensure quality of the drive and safety of the team. Monitor the line and grade of the tunnel to ensure alignment remains within tolerances described in project plans and specifications Maintain accurate records of jacking operations as per company forms Participate in operations meetings, and proving input into daily reports Maintain optimum levels of safety, ensuring our LIFE culture is upheld at all stages of the works. Monitor the excavation material and the slurry and lubrication systems Provide engineering support to ensure any technical problems are overcome Ensure that quality control requirements are monitored, met, and recorded in accordance with Client specification Requirements Solid experience working on Civil Engineering Projects including major tunnelling projects. Proven specialised experience operating Herrenknecht or Iseki microtunnel boring systems with experience of working in variable ground conditions. Detailed working mechanical knowledge of both Herrenknecht and Iseki machines including site assembly, maintenance and disassembly A sound knowledge of construction methods, Health & Safety and legal regulations in relation to the civil engineering industry High level of technical expertise; demonstrated through problem solving, applying professional judgment, and competent performance Proven troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with site-based team and Clients The ability to work effectively as part of a team
