About the Role
We are looking for a talented Content Specialist to join our marketing team in a newly created role. You will be responsible for producing high-quality English content across our marketing channels, while also supporting our broader content workflow in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and localise content for property listings, brochures, website copy, email campaigns, and social media.
- Adapt and trans-create marketing material into natural, culturally relevant; not literal translation.
- Write and edit content; social captions, listing descriptions, newsletters, internal communications, and other requests and supporting the wider marketing team.
- Maintain consistent tone, terminology, and brand voice across both languages.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams on campaigns and property launches.
- Proofread and quality-check content prior to publication.
- Help manage the content calendar and prioritise incoming requests from other departments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken (C1 level or above) — essential, not optional, given how much English writing this role involves.
- 2–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, journalism, or a similar creative role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating range and creativity.
- Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to adapt tone and style across formats (marketing, social, formal communications).
- Comfortable managing multiple, often shifting priorities day to day.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, property marketing, or a related industry.
- Familiarity with the UAE real estate market and terminology.
- Experience with CMS platforms, design tools, or social media scheduling tools.
- Social media management experience.
