The Role

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to sell our IGA Solution Suite to $2-$5B organizations in Saudi Arabia. Primarily a SaaS offering, our IGA Solution Suite sits at the heart of an organization's enterprise security. The position requires a sales executive experienced in navigating multinational accounts at C-level. The successful candidate will use their previous experience in SaaS, Cyber-sec, or IAM/IGA to negotiate high value contracts across what is generally a lengthy sales cycle.

Key Qualifications

  • Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls analyzing the prospect's needs to qualify an opportunity

  • Highly proficient in understanding and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions compared to Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt

  • Provides a superior customer experience from the first discovery call and leverages skills in competitively positioning solutions

  • Can lead a virtual team of partner resources, presales, partner manager, deal desk, professional services, BVA team, and customer success

  • Sells as a team rather than operating independently

  • Can act as the quarterback; takes initiative and prepares the team before calls

  • Creates a territory or opportunity plan with steps from discovery to next steps

  • Works closely with leadership to refine sales strategy

Responsibilities

  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis

  • Address each customer's and partner's unique inquiries with accurate information and tailored solutions

  • Develop business plans aligned to assigned territory

  • Strategically engage with customers and business partners to maintain high level of customer service

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through partners and end users

  • Pursue all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated

  • Lead appropriate technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages to customers

  • Follow-up with customers and partner with post-sale team to ensure ongoing coverage of accounts

  • Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing

  • Foster a deep understanding of the territory including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors
