Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze client requirements to develop comprehensive proposals for UAV services, AI-based solutions, and IoT products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and project management, to gather information and insights for proposal development.
- Create detailed and customized technical proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and specifications.
- Develop and manage the tendering process, including reviewing and responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), and RFQs (Request for Quotations), and RFIs (Request of Information).
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies related to UAV systems and AI-based Solutions.
- Review and understand technical specifications, project requirements, and customer expectations.
- Engage in client meetings and presentations to articulate technical solutions and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical data and incorporate it into proposal documents.
- Ensure proposals are submitted within specified deadlines, meeting all quality standards.
- Conduct sales visits on regular basis to ensure continues engagement with potential leads.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field.
Minimum Experience:
- 4 years of experience as Proposals / Sales Engineer.
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of drone technologies.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Knowledge of drones and AI technologies is a plus.
