Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of civil design plans, engineering details, reports, and technical exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Oversee the integration of legal descriptions, survey data, and aerial imagery into final engineering plans, ensuring accuracy across large, multi-stakeholder projects. Direct and validate the digitization of as-built civil, utility, and structural drawings; establish QA processes to maintain drawing fidelity across project phases.
